By placing an order on Hauswirt.com, you agree to the following shipping terms. We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Shipping Destinations & Warehouse Locations

  • Free Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the United States and the European Union.
  • Local Dispatch: To ensure fast and reliable delivery, all US orders are shipped directly from our local US warehouses, and all EU orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Germany.
  • Restrictions: Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Processing & Transit Times

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Our warehouses operate Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays.
  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 8 business days, depending on your destination and the shipping carrier (such as UPS, USPS, DHL, or FedEx).
  • Multiple Items: If you have ordered multiple items, you may receive separate shipments to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (No Hidden Fees) Because we ship locally within the United States and the European Union, you will not face any cross-border import duties or unexpected customs taxes upon delivery. Any applicable local sales tax or VAT is transparently calculated and collected at checkout.

Tracking Your Order You will be sent at least 2 emails for each order you place:

  1. An Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details right after the purchase.
  2. A Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number and the carrier's information once the order is dispatched. You can track the exact location of your package on the carrier's official website.

Parcels Damaged in Transit We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged. If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us at support@hauswirt.com within 3 business days of receiving the package. Please provide clear photos and note any visible damages, as this will assist us in processing a damage claim with the delivery carrier and arranging a replacement for you.

Delivery Delays & Lost Packages If your delivery time has exceeded the forecasted timeframe, or if your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please contact us immediately. We will conduct an investigation with the courier and process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier deems the parcel lost.
